

This caused confusion on the phone to staff as our booking system does not allow partial deposits/ remaining balances due.

On 4/2/23 we received another call asking if the remaining balance could be paid on the following Thursday. This was written as a note on the booking to say, ‘wants to add 13 participants.’

We had received a call on 28/1/23 to ask to add on 13 additional participants, however payment could not be made, and we had been informed that someone else would be calling to make the payment. Originally the party you had booked was for 10 participants, as per our policy we ask that final numbers are to be confirmed 1 week prior to your booking date. However, the Team worked extremely hard with the limited time we had to get this ready in time. I can only imagine the additional stress this may have caused for yourselves as party parents. Due to not having water on site this meant we could not open. I understand the frustration leading up to your booking as this was when we had to close our site for repairs. Thank you for your feedback, I apologise that the experience you received was not as you expected.
